摘  要:针对巷道掘进期间动力扰动影响下破碎顶板控制问题,以某煤矿倾斜煤层开切巷为工程背景,结合工作面永久支护和临时支护实际情况,从支护、护表及施工工序三方面进行了设备及工艺优化,分析了各优化后的设备及工艺的优点。工程实践表明:永久支护通过增加锚索梁和液压单体加强了顶板支护强度,临时支护通过增加护板加强了护表强度和范围,基于安全角度优化了施工顺序,从而有效控制了顶板变形,其锚杆(索)压力波动小于2 kN,提高了综掘工作面支护作业过程中的安全系数,为类似条件下的巷道围岩控制问题提供了技术支持。Aiming at the problem of fractured roof under the influence of dynamic disturbance during the entry of roadway,taking the cutting roadway of inclined coal seam in a mine as the engineering background,combined with the actual situation of permanent support and temporary support of working face,the equipment and process were optimized from the three aspects of support,surface protection and construction process,and the advantages of optimized equipment and process were analyzed.The engineering practice shows that the permanent support strengthens the roof support strength by increasing the anchor beam and the hydraulic monomer,and the temporary support strengthens the strength and range of the protective surface by increasing the guard plate.Based on the safety point of view,the construction sequence was optimized,thus effectively controlling the roof deformation.The pressure fluctuation of the bolt(cable)is less than 2 kN,which improves the safety factor during the support operation of the fully mechanized excavation face,and provides technical support for the surrounding rock control of the roadway under similar conditions.
