摘　　要：可弯曲带式输送机是用于煤矿巷道快速掘进的配套设备,与全断面掘进机、破碎转载机、十臂锚杆钻车、迈步式自移机尾和顺槽可伸缩带式输送机等一起组成高效快速掘进系统,实现煤巷的快速掘进。介绍了可弯曲带式转载机的结构组成、整机特点、在应用中出现的问题及改进方法。该设备运输高效可靠、可柔性弯曲转运、适应范围广、整机稳定性好、操作方便。The bendable belt conveyor is a supporting equipment for rapid tunneling of coal mine roadway,together with the full-face roadheader,the crushing and transfer machine,the ten-arm rockbolt drill truck,the step-type self-moving machine tail,and the slot telescopic belt conveyor,forms an efficient and rapid tunneling system to realize rapid tunneling of coal roadway.Introduced the structural composition,overall characteristics,problems in application and improvement methods of the bendable belt transfer machine.This equipment can achieve efficient and reliable transportation,flexible bending and transportation,wide range of application,good stability of the whole machine,and convenient operation.
