摘　　要：基于2011—2020年中国省级面板数据,从区域创新创业的视角,实证检验数字经济赋能高质量发展的影响机制。研究发现:(1)数字经济的发展显著提高了各地区的高质量发展水平,经稳健性检验后该结论依然成立,数字经济对东部地区高质量发展的促进作用较大。(2)促进区域创新创业是数字经济赋能高质量发展的作用机制,激发“大众创业、万众创新”是数字经济时代推动高质量发展的内在动力。(3)数字经济对高质量发展具有显著的空间溢出效应,能促进本地区高质量发展,但会抑制邻近地区高质量发展。研究意义:加深了对数字经济赋能高质量发展的直接效应、影响机制与异质性的理解,为中国数字技术发展战略的制定以及高质量发展提供政策启示。Based on China's provincial panel data from 2011-2020,From the perspective of re-gional innovation and entrepreneurship,empirically test the impact mechanism of digital economy enabling high-quality development.The study found that:(1)The development of digital economy has signifi-cantly improved the level of high-quality development in various regions.This conclusion is still valid af-ter the robustness test.The digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality devel-opment of the eastern region.(2)Promoting regional innovation and entrepreneurship is the transmission path for high-quality development of the digital economy.Stimulating"mass entrepreneurship and inno-vation"is the internal power to promote high-quality development in the digital economy era.(3)The digital economy has a significant spatial spillover effect on high-quality development,which can promote high-quality development in the region,but will inhibit high-quality development in neighboring re-gions.Research significance:deepen the understanding of the direct effect,impact mechanism and heter-ogeneity of high-quality development enabled by the digital economy,and provide policy inspiration for the formulation of China's digital technology development strategy and high-quality development.
