摘 要:在天然气长距离输送过程中,表现气速过高时,疏油型聚结滤芯会出现二次夹带及过滤效率下降的现象。为此,根据相关测试标准,建立气液聚结滤芯过滤性能测试装置,研究分析了滤芯精度等级、排液层材料以及内骨架冲孔高度对高气速下疏油型聚结滤芯过滤性能的影响。结果表明:在高气速下,高精度滤材在过滤时容易造成液体在末层滤材与排液层之间堆积,导致高精度滤材不能达到最优的过滤效果,而精度适中的滤材,其实际过滤效果反而最优;当排液层材质改为初效毡和海绵时,降低了滤芯的通道压降,加快了末层滤材的排液速度,改善了液体在末层滤材和排液层之间堆积的现象,滤芯的二次夹带现象明显减弱;当滤芯内骨架的冲孔高度距离滤芯底部2 cm时,可有效降低滤芯的二次夹带现象。In the long-distance transportation of natural gas,the oleophobic coalescing filter element will experience secondary entrainment and a decrease in filtration efficiency when the gas velocity is too high.Herein,an testing device for the filtration performance of the gasliquid coalescing filter element was established according to the relevant test standards.The effects of the precision grade of the filter element,the material of the drainage layer and the punching height of the inner skeleton on the filtration performance of the oleophobic coalescing filter element under high gas velocity were studied and analyzed.The results show that the high-precision filter material is easy to cause the accumulation of liquid between the last layer of filter material and the drainage layer during filtration at high gas velocity,resulting in the high-precision filter material failing to achieve the optimal filtration effect.Instead,the filter material with moderate precision has the best filtration performance.When the material of the drainage layer is changed to primary felt and sponge,the pressure drop in the channels of the filter element is reduced,the drainage speed of the last filter material layer is accelerated,the liquid accumulation between the last filter material layer and the drainage layer is mitigated,and the secondary entrainment of the filter element is significantly weakened.The secondary entrainment of the filter element can be effectively reduced when the punching height in the inner skeleton is 2 cm from the bottom of the filter elem ent.
