摘　　要：通过模拟空调器常用橡胶材料的使用环境,研究了氯丁橡胶(CR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、天然橡胶(NR)、硅橡胶(MVQ)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)分别对5种液体的耐介质性能。结果表明,CR、MVQ和EPDM对于洗洁精水溶液均表现出较优的耐介质性,NR和MVQ对于消毒液水溶液表现出较优的耐介质性,NBR对于翅片挥发油有较好的耐介质性,MVQ对于食用调和油表现出良好的耐介质性。The fluid resistance of chloroprene rubber(CR),nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR),natural rubber(NR),silicone rubber(MVQ)and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)with five kinds of liquid media were studied by simulating the service environment of rubber materials commonly used in air conditioners.The results showed that CR,MVQ and EPDM had better fluid resistance to detergent aqueous solution,NR and MVQ had better fluid resistance to disinfectant aqueous solution,NBR had better fluid resistance to fin stamping oil,and MVQ had better fluid resistance to edible blend oil.
