高密度聚乙烯对三元乙丙橡胶力学性能和耐油性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了高密度聚乙烯对三元乙丙橡胶力学性能和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,添加高密度聚乙烯后,三元乙丙硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和体积电阻率均逐渐增大,但其回弹性和压缩永久变形性能变差;当测试温度为23℃时,高密度聚乙烯可改善硫化胶的耐油性能;当测试温度为100℃时,添加高密度聚乙烯会导致硫化胶的耐油性能变差。The effects of high density polyethylene(HDPE)on mechanical properties and oil resistance of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)were studied.The results showed that with the increasing of HDPE content,the hardness,tensile strength,modulus at 100% and volume resistivity of EPDM vulcanizate increased gradually,but the resilience and compression set decreased.HDPE could improve the oil resistance of vulcanizate at 23 C,but the oil resistance of vulcanizate decreased when the test temperature was raised to 10℃.
