摘　　要：竖脊肌平面阻滞是将局麻药注射在竖脊肌和横突尖端之间的筋膜平面,通过药物在筋膜间隙扩散,从而起到镇痛的效果。该技术具有简便易学、安全性高等优点,已被广泛应用于围术期镇痛和急慢性疼痛的治疗。本共识介绍了竖脊肌平面阻滞的相关解剖学知识,系统描述了竖脊肌平面阻滞的操作方法、常用药物和并发症等,以指导临床应用。Erector spinae plane block is an anesthesia and analgesia method that injected local anesthetics into the fascia plane between the erector spinal muscle and transverse process.Erector spinae plane block,with high safety and high reliability,is widely used in perioperative analgesia and the management of acute and chronic pain.This expert consensus introduces the relevant anatomy,systematically describes the various approach,common used drugs and complications of the erector spinae plane block to guide the clinical application.
