摘　　要：本文报道1例肩周炎疼痛伴2型糖尿病患者,肩关节腔内注射复方倍他米松后血糖严重升高的案例。总结其治疗经验,并复习文献,供临床医生参考。This paper reported reported one shoulder joint pain patient with type 2 diabetes underwent severe hyperglycemia after intra-articular injection of compound betamethasone,and summed up the experience of the treatment with literature review,in order to provide references for clinicians.
