摘　　要：临床上对骶髂关节痛常认识不足,很多患者常被误诊为腰椎间盘突出症。本文对骶髂关节痛的局部解剖、定义、诊断与鉴别诊断、病因、易患因素及治疗进行综述,以期加深对该病的认识。Clinicians often missed or misdiagnosed sacroiliac joint pain as lumbar disc herniation,due to the lack of related knowledge.This article reviews the local anatomy of sacroiliac joint,and definition,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,etiology,predisposing factors and treatment of sacroiliac joint pain,in order to deepen the understanding of the disease.
