摘　　要：肛门周围及会阴区疼痛是临床常见的疑难性痛症,由于疼痛部位特殊、毗邻器官复杂而难以得到及时有效的诊疗;疾病对患者的生活影响广泛,多伴有严重的精神症状,甚至自杀倾向,是各科医生经常面临的挑战之一。本文综述了肛门会阴痛的命名、诊断、辅检以及药物和中药治疗,并推荐神经阻滞治疗肛门会阴区复杂性疼痛为首选治疗方法。Anorectal and perineal pain are common complex diseases in clinic,and difficult to get a timely or effective diagnosis and treatment because of the special location and complex adjacent organs.Such diseases have a wide impact on patients'life,and mostly patients accompanied by serious mental symptoms and even suicidal tendencies,which make challenges to the doctors.This paper reviews the history,examination,diagnosis,and treatment of anorectal and perineal pain,and recommends nerve block as the first choice for the treatment of the complex regional pain syndrome.
