摘　　要：近年来,随着肿瘤学研究的进步与临床实践经验的积累,传统依靠单一学科的诊疗方式已无法满足胰腺肿瘤病人的临床需求,而以疾病为中心的综合诊治理念在实现病人最佳临床治疗管理结局上更具优势。通过多学科综合治疗协作组(MDT)讨论,对胰腺肿瘤采取包括保守治疗、计划性随访、手术治疗及系统治疗等在内的多种治疗手段,在疾病全程多学科综合管理下最大限度地保障病人临床获益,在避免过度治疗、确保医疗安全的同时,顾全肿瘤学结局、实现长期生存。In recent years,with the progress of oncology research and the accumulation of clinical practice experience,the traditional treatment relying on a single discipline has gradually been recognized unable to fully meet the clinical needs of pancreatic cancer patients,while a comprehensive treatment taking the disease as center may have more advantages in achieving the best clinical outcome for patients.Through the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams,various diagnostic and treatment methods,including conservative treatment,planned follow-up strategy,surgical treatment and systematic treatment under the comprehensive management of multiple disciplines throughout the disease,are adopted for pancreatic tumors to maximize the clinical benefits of patients.While considering the oncological outcomes for achieving long-term survival,it is also necessary to avoid overtreatment and ensure medical safety.
