摘　　要：胰腺癌的发病率逐年上升,且数据显示老龄病人的占比不断增加。胰腺癌具有生物学行为差、进展快、预后不良等特点,老龄病人往往合并较多基础疾病、手术耐受性差、决策能力差,且在临床试验中的代表性不足。如何在老龄化社会背景下合理治疗胰腺癌是目前亟需解决的难题。通过多学科综合治疗协作组(MDT)全面评估病人病情,采用精准、综合的个体化治疗方案,并在治疗中增加其决策参与度,尊重病人意愿,方可收获良好的疗效。The incidence rate of pancreatic cancer is increasing year by year,and the data show that the proportion of elderly patients is increasing too.Pancreatic cancer is characterized by poor biological behavior,rapid progress and poor prognosis.Older patients often have more basic diseases,poor surgical tolerance,poor decision-making ability,and lack of representation in clinical trials.How to treat pancreatic cancer rationally in the context of an aging society is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The MDT team comprehensively evaluates the patient's condition,adopts precise and comprehensive personalized treatment plans,and increases their participation in decision-making during treatment,respecting the patient's wishes,and can also achieve good therapeutic effects.
