摘  要:静脉-动脉体外膜肺氧合(veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,V-A ECMO)被广泛用于治疗呼吸循环衰竭的危重症患者,但V-A ECMO的撤机是一个具有挑战性且至关重要的步骤,评估撤机时机一直是近年来研究的重点。泵控逆流试验(pump-controlled retrograde trial off,PCRTO)是一种通过连续递减泵转速,直到实现血流从体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)动脉插管到静脉插管逆流的撤机方法。本文就PCRTO的可行性分析及撤机经验进行综述。Veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(V-A ECMO)is widely used in the treatment of critically ill patients with respiratory and circulatory failure,but weaning from V-A ECMO is a challenging and crucial step,and the assessment of weaning timing has been a focus of research in recent years.Pump-controlled retrograde trial off(PCRTO)is a weaning method that involves in continuously decreasing the pump speed until blood flow reverses from the ECMO arterial cannula to the venous cannula.This article provides a review of the feasibility analysis and weaning experience of PCRTO.
