摘 要:体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)是救治危重症心肺衰竭患者的一种体外生命支持技术,应用广泛。但ECMO的出血及血栓并发症不仅发生率高,而且严重影响患者预后,威胁患者生命。血小板是机体调控出凝血平衡的关键因素,血小板减少和血小板功能损伤是ECMO患者出现出凝血调控障碍的关键因素,但其内在机制尚不清楚。因此,本研究总结了目前关于成人患者应用ECMO期间血小板功能障碍机制,为进一步探究ECMO期间血小板损伤奠定基础。Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is an extracorporeal life support technology for the treatment of critically ill patients with cardiopulmonary failure and is widely used.However,the bleeding and thrombotic complications of ECMO not only have a high incidence rate,but also seriously affect the prognosis of patients and threaten the life of patients.Platelets are the key factors for the body to regulate coagulation balance.Thrombocytopenia and platelet function impairment are the key factors for the coagulation disorder in ECMO patients,but the underlying mechanism is unclear.Therefore,this study summarizes the current knowledge about platelet function damage during ECMO in adult patients,and lays a foundation for further exploration of the mechanism of platelet damage during ECMO.
