摘　　要：目的 分析乳腺肿块术中快速冰冻病理诊断的价值。方法 选取2022年1—6月江苏省常熟市第一人民医院收治的113例乳腺肿块患者为研究对象,分析所有研究对象在乳腺肿块术中快速冰冻病理的诊断结果,以术后石蜡病理学检查结果为金标准,分析乳腺肿块术中快速冰冻病理诊断结果的准确率。结果 在113例患者中,石蜡病理学检验阳性(肿瘤病变)患者101例(89.38%),阴性(非肿瘤病变)患者12例。术中快速冰冻病理诊断结果与金标准(术后石蜡病理学检查结果)较为接近,术中快速冰冻病理诊断灵敏度为98.02%,特异度为100.00%。结论 乳腺肿块术中快速冰冻病理诊断的灵敏度和特异度较高,可见该诊断方式应用的价值较高,可为医生后续的诊疗工作开展提供依据。Objective To analyze the value of rapid freezing in the pathological diagnosis of breast mass.Methods A total of one hundred and thirteen patients with breast mass admitted to the Changshu First People´s Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the diagnosis results of rapid freezing pathology during breast mass surgery of all the subjects were analyzed.Using the results of postoperative paraffin pathological examina‐tion as the gold standard,the accuracy of rapid freezing pathological diagnosis of breast mass was analyzed.Results Among the 113 patients,101(89.38%)were positive(tumor lesions)and 12 were negative(non-tumor lesions).The re‐sults of intraoperative rapid freezing pathology were close to the gold standard(results of postoperative paraffin pathol‐ogy),the sensitivity of intraoperative rapid freezing pathology diagnosis was 98.02%,and the specificity was 100.00%.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of rapid freezing in the pathological diagnosis of breast mass are high,which shows that this diagnostic method has high application value,and can provide a basis for doctors to carry out follow-up diagnosis and treatment work.
