经额入路软通道置管治疗基底节区脑出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探析经额入路软通道置管在基底节区脑出血临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年5月—2022年5月在麻城市人民医院接收诊断和治疗的60例基底节区脑出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,每组30名。对照组经颞小骨窗入路手术治疗,观察组经额入路软通道置管,对比两组并发症发生率、治疗有效率、手术指标、神经功能评分以及日常生活能力评分。结果 观察组并发症发生率为0低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.822,P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为100.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。结论 针对基底节区脑出血患者来说,采取经额入路软通道置管,能够降低术后并发症发生率,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of frontal approach soft channel catheterization in the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods Sixty patients diagnosed and treated in Macheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treat‐ment methods,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated by the small temporal bone window ap‐proach,while the observation group was treated by the frontal approach with soft channel catheterization.The compli‐cation rate,treatment effectiveness,surgical indexes,neurological function scores and daily life ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of observation group(0)was lower than that of control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.822,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in observa‐tion group(100.00%)was higher than that in control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia,the soft channel transfrontal approach can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the effect is remarkable.
