拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的疗效及对母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的疗效及对母婴结局的影响。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年10月滨州医学院附属医院产科收治的158例妊高征患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各79例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合硝苯地平治疗。对比两组各临床指标。结果 经治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白、全血黏度、血浆黏度水平、早产及新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率(69.6%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.833,P>0.05)。结论 拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征可获得明显疗效,可有效降低患者尿蛋白水平,改善血管内皮细胞功能及血流动力学,稳定血压,降低剖宫产率,减少早产及新生儿窒息的发生,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of PIH and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of one hundred and fifty-eight patients with PIH admitted to the department of obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from October 2019 to October 2021 were were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with seventy-nine cases in each group.The control group was given conventional basic treatment,observation group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of control group.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pres‐sure,24 h urinary protein,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity levels,the incidence of premature birth and neona‐tal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi‐cant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate(69.6%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of ad‐verse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.833,P>0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with nifedipine can ob‐tain obvious efficacy in the treatment of PIH,which can effectively reduce the urinary protein level of patients,im‐prove the function of vascular endothelial cells and hemodynamics,stabilize blood pressure,reduce the rate of cesar‐ean section,reduce the occurrence of premature delivery and neonatal asphyxia,and have high safety.
