摘  要:现有研究证明无复流的发生与微循环障碍密切相关,而微循环障碍的病因机制尚不清楚,现有治疗方法不能对其完全纠正。研究表明中性粒细胞数目和髓化过氧化物水平升高与STEMI患者PCI术后无复流现象的发生密切相关。本文就详中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网的释放与无复流疾病进展的潜在关系及其可能的致病机理作一综述,旨在为无复流的临床诊疗寻找潜在靶点。Existing studies have proved that occurrence of no reflow is closely related to microcirculation disorder,but etiological mechanism of microcirculation disorder remains unclear,and current treatments can not completely correct it.Researches have indicated that increased neutrophil number and level of myelinated peroxide are closely related to occurrence of no reflow after PCI in STEMI patients.The present article makes a review on potential relationship between release of neutrophil extracellular traps and progression of no-reflow disease,as well as its possible pathogenesis,aiming at searching potential targets for clinical treatment of no-reflow.
