摘  要:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是一种蛋氨酸的代谢中间产物,它通过氧化应激、内皮功能障碍、血管重构、胰岛素抵抗等机制加速或导致糖尿病心血管并发症。本文旨在简述Hcy与糖尿病心脏方面并发症的关系及相关机制。Homocysteine(Hcy) is a metabolic intermediate of methionine,which accelerates or leads to cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus through oxidative stress,endothelial dysfunction,vascular remodeling,insulin resistance and other mechanisms.The purpose of the present article is to sketch the relationship between Hcy and cardiac complications of diabetes mellitus and its related mechanisms.
