摘　　要：本文将急性冠脉综合征和急性缺血性脑卒中这两类病理特点相似且都具有严格溶栓时间窗的心脑血管疾病患者院前延迟的研究现状共同综述,归纳了影响患者院前延迟的因素,包括社会人口学因素、临床因素、环境因素、转运方式、认知情感因素等,同时提出了针对性的建议。以期为缩短患者的院前延迟时间以及更深入的研究提供借鉴与思考。The present article reviews research current situation of pre-hospital delay in patients with acute coronary syndrome and acute ischemic stroke,which have similar pathological characteristics and strict thrombolytic time window,summarizes the factors affecting patients' pre-hospital delay,including social and demographic factors,clinical factors,environmental factors,transport mode,cognitive emotional factors etc,and meanwhile puts forward specific suggestions.This paper provides reference and thinking in order to shorten the pre-hospital delay time and for deeper study.
