2019~2022年某院中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解某院中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 从医院信息系统(HIS)调取2019~2022年某院中药注射剂的品种、销量及用药金额等数据,对用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、排序比(B/A)、药物不良反应(ADR)等评价指标进行统计、分析。结果 2019~2022年中药注射剂用药金额占比逐年下降,祛瘀剂高居榜首,用药金额和DDDs排名靠前的是注射用血栓通150 mg和疏血通注射液,DDC最高的为血必净注射液441.60元,其次是康莱特注射液272.00元,大部分中药注射剂B/A值在0.50~1.50范围内。祛瘀剂ADR最多,中药注射剂ADR占比逐年减少。结论 某院中药注射剂使用基本合理,但对部分品种仍需加强监管及干预,促进临床合理用药。Objective To understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injections in a hospital,and to provide references for clinical rational use.Methods The varieties,sales volume and sum of drug consumption of tradional Chinese medicine injections in a hospital from 2019 to 2022 from the hospital information system,statistics and analysis of evaluation indicators including defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),ratio of sequence of consumption sum(B)/sequence of DDDs(A) and adverse drug reaction(ADR).Results From 2019 to 2022,the proportion of sales amount of traditional Chinese medicine injections decreased year by year,and stasisremoving agents rangked first,the top drug consumption and DDDs were Xueshuantong injection of 150 mg per dose and Shuxuetong injection.The highest DDC was 441.60 yuan for Xuebijing injection,followed by 272.00 yuan for Kanglaite injection.B/A value of most traditional Chinese medicine injections ranged from 0.50 to 1.50.The ADR of stasis-removing agents was the largest,and the proportion of ADR of tradional Chinese medicine injections decreased year by year.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in a hospital is basically reasonable,but some kinds of medicine still need to strenthen supervision and intervention to ptomote rational clinical use.
