中药处方分析在中药调剂中的实施效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 探究中药处方分析在中药调剂中的实施效果。方法 选取某院2022年1月~12月的312例患者的中药处方,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=156)和观察组(n=156),其中对照组在治疗期间采用常规中药处方管理,观察组患者在治疗期间开展中药处方分析。评估两组患者中药处方的调剂情况、中药处方指标、药物不良反应发生率、用药安全不良事件发生率、治疗满意度。结果 观察组的中药处方调剂不合格率、药物不良反应及用药安全不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的药付数量、药材味数、金额均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的治疗满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在中药调剂中采用中药处方分析可有效保障处方的合理性、科学性,提高患者用药的安全性和满意度,促进中药治疗的效果。Objective To explore the implementation effect of TCM prescription analysis in TCM dispensing.Methods A total of 312patients in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n = 156) and observation group(n= 156) according to random number method.The control group received conventional TCM prescription management during treatment,and the observation group received TCM prescription analysis during treatment.TCM prescription dispensing,TCM prescription indexes,incidence of adverse drug reactions,incidence of medication safety adverse events,treatment satisfaction and quality of life of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results The unqualified rate of TCM prescription dispensing,adverse drug reactions and adverse drug safety events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The amount of drug payment,the number and amount of medicinal materials in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TCM prescription analysis in TCM dispensing can effectively ensure the rationality and science of prescription,improve the safety and satisfaction of patients,promote the effect of TCM treatment.
