摘 要:随着我国污染防治战略的深入推进,环境治理更加立体。结合物联网、大数据、人工智能和业务模型技术,文章提出生态环境污染联防联控系统解决方案,提出从污染产生到污染治理、污染排放的全过程联防联控,重点关注数据“溯源”和“全过程”管控,形成“测、溯、管、治”的精准监管体系,并详细介绍方案的创新点。该方案能够适用于城市、园区环保管理,管理模式创新,技术手段先进,能够帮助管理部门将污染防治力量落到实处。With the deepening of China’s pollution prevention and control strategy,environmental governance has become more three-dimensional.Combining the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and business model technology,this article proposes a solution for the ecological environment pollution joint prevention and control system,proposing the entire process of joint prevention and control from pollution generation to pollution control and emission,with a focus on data“traceability”and“whole process”control,forming a precise regulatory system of“measurement,traceability,management,and governance”,and providing a detailed introduction to the innovative points of the solution.This plan can be applied to environmental management in cities and parks,with innovative management models and advanced technical means,which can help management departments implement pollution prevention and control efforts.
