摘　　要：文章以中南六省646所高等院校图书馆为研究对象,并以其社会开放的对象、服务方式、服务内容以及管理制度等作为研究内容,进行深入的调查分析,全面展现中南六省高校图书馆校外读者服务的现状。对其当今开展校外读者服务的不足之处,提出相应的建议与对策,皆在为高校图书馆社会化服务的推进提供有益的参考与借鉴,以期能进一步提升高校图书馆的社会服务能力。The article takes 646 university libraries in the six provinces of central and southern China as the research object,and conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of their social open objects,service methods,service content,and management systems,comprehensively showcasing the current situation of off campus reader services in university libraries in the six provinces of central and southern China.To address the shortcomings of its current extracurricular reader service,corresponding suggestions and strategies are proposed,providing useful reference and inspiration for the promotion of socialized services in university libraries,in order to further enhance the social service capabilities of university libraries.
