摘  要:通过RPL蠕变疲劳试验机研究了选择性激光熔化成型(SLM)316不锈钢的疲劳与蠕变-疲劳性能,考虑了高温环境下峰值应力和峰值保持时间对SLM 316材料棘轮特性的影响。结果表明,SLM 316不锈钢的棘轮变形随着峰值应力的增大而增大;平均应力处的应变范围随峰值应力升高而扩大,且峰值应力的影响程度受温度控制,温度越高影响程度越大。当温度为750℃时,峰值应力290 MPa下的棘轮应变几乎为230 MPa时的28倍。此外,在峰值保持时间小于5 min时材料的棘轮行为由疲劳主导,但蠕变对材料塑性应变累积的作用也不能忽略,蠕变-疲劳的交互作用促进了材料损伤的发展。值得关注的是,即使峰值保持时间较短,蠕变也会对材料的总应变产生较大影响。Through making use of the RPL creep-fatigue test machine,the creep-fatigue behavior of the 316 stainless steel formed by selective laser melting(SLM)was investigated,including the effects of both peak stress and peak holding time on the ratchet characteristics of SLM 316 stainless steel at high temperature.The results show that,the ratchet deformation of SLM 316 stainless steel increases with the increase of peak stress.The strain range at the average stress expands with the increase of the peak stress,and the peak stress’influence can be controlled by the temperature and the higher temperature brings about greater influence.As for the temperature of 750°C,the ratchet strain at the peak stress of 290 MPa is almost 28 times that at 230 MPa.In addition,when the peak holding time is less than 5 min,the ratchet behavior of the material can be dominated by the fatigue and the creep’s effect on the plastic strain accumulation of the material shouldn’t be ignored,and the creep-fatigue interaction promotes material damage.The most noteworthy feature is that,the creep has a large impact on the total strain of the material even if the peak holding time is short.
