摘 要:运用Fluent软件对冷热三流体通道耦合换热模型进行了数值模拟,借助Ansys Workbench平台,对换热板片进行了流固耦合分析,并探讨了板片的力学性能。结果表明:将流场分析的压力载荷加到凸台板片上,不同压差下凸台板片的力学特性和触点对板片承压能力各不相同;冷热侧流体压差越大,板片应力强度越低;板片触点越多,板片应力强度越高。Making use of Fluent software simulate the cold-hot three-fluid channel heat exchange model was implemented,including with the help of Ansys Workbench platform,having the heat-exchanger plates’fluid-structure interaction analyzed and their mechanical properties discussed.The results show that,while adding pressure load of the flow field analysis to the convex plate,the convex plate’s mechanical characteristics and the contact’s bearing capacity to the plate are different under different pressure differences.The greater fluid pressure difference between the cold and hot sides brings about lower stress strength of the plate;and the more plate contacts incur higher plate stress strength.
