摘  要:建立了描述板式换热器的曲线方程,通过数值模拟验证了层流条件下边界层分离理论模型的可靠性,发现Thwaites理论计算量较小,并且可以准确预测层流边界层的分离。采用层流方程求解了曲线型流道中不同Re下的流场与温度场。通过分析发现,曲线边界导致流道收缩,加快了流速,增强了热量运输,但是分离泡极大地削弱了热量的传递,没有起到强化换热的作用。In this paper,a parametric equation which describes plate curves was established and the numerical simulation was implemented to verify the theoretical model’s reliability of the boundary layer separation under the laminar flow condition.The results show that,Thwaites theory has a small amount of calculation and it can accurately predict separation of the laminar boundary layer.In addition,the laminar equation was used to solve both flow and temperature fields under different Re in a curved flow channel.The analysis indicates that,the curve boundary leads to the contraction of the flow channel,accelerates flow velocity and enhances heat transport,but the separation bubble greatly weakens heat transfer and doesn’t play a role in strengthening the heat transfer.
