摘  要:为了实现流量差异较大液体的高效混合,对高效多孔撞击式喷射混合器内缩颈结构进行数值模拟研究。利用Mixture模型模拟不同缩颈直径和长度对该混合器混合效果及流场特性的影响。结果表明,在相同的工况条件下,随着缩颈直径的减小,混合均匀度指数和湍流核心区的峰值均呈现上升趋势;随着缩颈长度的增大,混合均匀度指数和湍流核心区的范围也都呈现上升趋势。For purpose of accomplishing efficient mixing of liquids with large differences in flow rates,simulation study of the internal neck-reduced structure of an efficient multi-orifice-impinging jet mixer was implemented,including making use of Mixture model simulate the effects of different neck-reduced structure’s diameters and lengths on the mixing effect and flow field characteristics of this mixer.The result shows that,under the same working conditions,the mixing uniformity index and the peak of the turbulent core area of the mixer show an increasing trend as the neck-reduced structure’s diameter decreases;and with increasing of its length,the mixing uniformity index and the extent of the turbulent core area of the mixer show a increasing trend.
