摘  要:为分析腐蚀缺陷对抽油杆安全性能的影响,应用ANSYS有限元软件,对腐蚀坑、环形腐蚀两种缺陷下的HL级抽油杆进行疲劳寿命数值模拟。通过方差分析两种腐蚀缺陷下腐蚀深度与腐蚀坑半径(环形腐蚀宽度)等因素对HL级抽油杆疲劳寿命的影响,并利用多元线性回归方法得到了各影响因素与疲劳寿命的回归方程。研究结果表明:抽油杆在服役过程中最大应力集中在杆体与镦粗凸缘结合的变截面处;腐蚀半径(宽度)对HL级抽油杆疲劳寿命影响非常显著,与其呈正相关性;腐蚀深度对其影响显著,呈负相关性;两组回归方程对判断HL级抽油杆的安全性提供依据;同等工况下环形腐蚀比蚀坑腐蚀对抽油杆疲劳寿命的影响更大。For purpose of analyzing the corrosion defects’influence on the safety performance of the sucker rod,having ANSYS software employed to simulate the fatigue life of HL-class sucker rod with corrosion pit and annular corrosion was implemented,including making use of variance analysis to analyze the influence of corrosion depth and radius(width)on the fatigue life of HL-class sucker rod under two kinds of corrosion defects,and adopting the multiple linear regression method to obtain the regression equation between each influencing factor and fatigue life.The results show that,the maximum stress of the sucker rod in service is concentrated in the variable cross-section of the rod body and the upsetting flange;the corrosion radius(width)has a significant effect on the fatigue life of the HL-class sucker rod and it’s positively correlated;corrosion depth has a significant effect on it and shows a negative correlation;two sets of regression equations provide basis for judging the safety of the HL-class sucker rod and under the same conditions,the annular corrosion has a greater impact on the fatigue life of the sucker rod than the pitting corrosion.
