摘  要:采用油化浆液法CX工艺生产高密度聚乙烯的过程中,装置排出的HDPE母液中含有易自燃爆炸的烷基铝等物质。针对该情况设计母液失活系统中能实现高效混合输送的关键设备——失活器,提出采用轴流叶轮搭配离心叶轮的设计思路,实现物料高速混合反应和离心泵送的功能。应用计算流体力学进行轴流叶轮与离心叶轮的流场分析,并建立试验装置,试验得到与数值模拟相近的数据,该设备处理量大于80 m^(3)/h,设备扬程大于15 m。In the process of producing high density polyethylene by the CX process of oil slurry method,the HDPE mother liquor out of the device contains alkylaluminum and other substances that are easy to spontaneous combustion and explosion.In view of this situation,the deactivation device,a key equipment to realize efficient mixing transportation in mother liquor deactivation system,was designed and the design idea of axial flow impeller matched with centrifugal impeller was proposed to realize high-speed mixing reaction and centrifugal pumping of materials.Making use of CFD analyze the flow field of axial flow impeller and centrifugal impeller was implemented,including the establishment of testing apparatus so as to obtain the data similar to that from the numerical simulation.The processing capacity of this equipment is more than 80 m^(3)/h,and its head is greater than 15 m.
