摘　　要：针对特殊腐蚀环境下的换热器管板,设计合理的胀接开槽结构,并进行有限元分析,给出了合理的开槽尺寸和胀接压力;分析了制造工况、水压试验工况和操作工况对换热管胀接结构的影响,可为解决类似工程问题提供参考。In view of the special corrosion environment where the heat exchanger tubesheet works,a reasonable expansion slot structure was designed and analyzed by the finite element analysis method so that the reasonable slot size and expansion pressure can be presented.In addition,analyzing the influence of manufacturing conditions,hydraulic conditions and operating conditions on the expansion structure of heat exchange pipe was implemented to provide reference for solving similar engineering problems.
