摘 要:文中针对某有源相控阵天线设计了一种风液混合散热系统,既解决了相控阵天线高热流密度散热问题,又实现了天线阵面一体化集成设计。针对风液混合阵面的热环控技术要求,从阵面系统布局、热设计、热仿真优化等全流程解析了天线阵面散热系统的设计过程。最后,通过产品实物验证了该天线阵面风液混合散热系统的可行性,可为后续天线阵面散热系统设计提供工程参考。A new air-liquid mixed heat dissipation system is designed for an active phased array antenna in this paper.The heat dissipation system not only solves the problem of high heat-flux heat dissipation of phased array antenna,but also realizes the integrated design of antenna array.According to the technical requirements of thermal loop control of the air-liquid mixed array,the design process of the antenna array heat dissipation system is analyzed from the whole process including array system layout,thermal design,thermal simulation optimization and so on.Finally,the feasibility of the air-liquid mixed heat dissipation system of the antenna array is verified by real products,which can provide engineering reference for subsequent design of antenna array heat dissipation system.
