布置倒V型预应力筋的LNG储罐外罐受力性能分析

摘  要:为研究LNG储罐外罐的预应力筋布置方式及其对外罐受力性能的影响,以某大型LNG储罐外罐为研究对象。在环向预应力筋与竖向预应力筋(HP-VT-PT)正交布置方式和双向交叉的螺旋线型预应力筋布置方式基础上,提出倒V型预应力筋(IV-PT)空间网状布置方式。根据外罐混凝土的应力等效原则,推导了由HP-VT-PT布置方式向IV-PT布置方式转换计算公式,最后采用有限元软件ANSYS,建立复杂三维有限元模型,并对其进行数值仿真计算,分析外罐的变形及其混凝土应力。研究结果表明:在预应力筋张拉过程中,外罐受力性能良好,并在控制范围内。当倒V型预应力筋肢倾角为17.41°时,IV-PT布置方式下,外罐受力性能基本上就等价于HP-VT-PT布置方式下外罐受力性能。这样,IV-PT布置方式可以取代HP-VT-PT布置方式。To explore the layout of the prestressed tendon and its influence on the mechanical performance of the outer tank of the LNG storage tank,an outer tank of a large-scale LNG storage tank is taken as the simulation model in this study.A new layout of inverted V prestressed tendons(IV-PT)is proposed based on the layout of the hoop prestressed tendons and the vertical prestressed tendons(HP-VT-PT)and the layout of the two-way cross-helix prestressed tendons.And then,the transformation formulas from HP-VT-PT layout to IV-PT layout are also given based on the equivalence principle of the concrete prestress of the outer tank wall.And finally,a complicated 3D finite element model is set up by using the finite element software ANSYS.From the analysis of the deformation and the concrete stress of the outer tank,the research findings show that the outer tank has good mechanical performance and is under control during construction of the prestressed tendon.The mechanical performance of the outer tank with the IV-PT layout is basically equivalent to that with the HP-VT-PT layout inclination angle of the IV-PT is 17.41°.Thus,the IV-PT layout can replace the HP-VT-PT layout.
