摘　　要：针对某高端医养社区项目,结合厦门(夏热冬暖)地区的实际情况及项目特点,通过对三种空调冷热源方案的前期初投资、全年运营费用等因素进行综合分析比较,从中选择最优方案。For a high-end medical and health care community project,the actual situation of Xiamen(hot summer and warm winter)and the characteristics of the project are combined to make a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the initial investment,year-round operation cost and other factors of the three air conditioning and heat source options,from which the optimal solution is selected.
