层次分析法在模块化建筑采购阶段的应用研究

摘　　要：模块化建筑具有施工简便、组装灵活和施工周期短等优点,因此,近年来被广泛应用。然而,由于模块化建筑的特殊性,传统施工成本管理方法并不适用于模块化建筑。采购阶段作为成本管理阶段核心部分,直接影响着项目的成本效益,对于模块化建筑而言,还缺乏对采购决策影响因素对模块化建筑成本管理影响的研究。鉴于此,利用层次分析法(AHP),对模块化建筑成本管理采购决策影响因素进行分析,并构建模块化建筑采购决策影响因素评价体系,为模块化建筑采购阶段的决策影响和评价提供了科学依据。研究为采购决策者提供了一个包容性的计划,降低了模块化建筑的成本支出,促进了模块化建筑的可持续发展。Modular building has the advantages of simple construction,flexible assembly and the short construction period,and has been widely used in recent years.However,modularization is different from traditional construction in essence,and the habitual construction cost management method is not suitable for modular construction.On the other hand,as one of the crucial stages of cost management,procurement directly affects the cost-effectiveness of the project.For modular buildings,there is still a lack of research on the influencing factors of procurement decisions.In view of this,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the influencing factors of modular construction cost management procurement decision,and constructs an evaluation system of influencing factors of modular construction procurement decision,which provides a scientific basis for the decision-making influence and evaluation of modular construction procurement stage.The results of this study provide an inclusive plan for relevant procurement decision makers,reduce the cost of modular buildings,and promote the sustainable development of modular buildings.
