高校创新创业教育效率评价研究——基于陕西省16所高校的样本

摘　　要：创新创业教育(以下简称“双创教育”)是时下高校实现内涵式发展和深化教育教学改革的关键抓手,对双创教育效率进行研究可有效指导双创教育发展。基于陕西省16所高校的数据,采用三阶段DEA模型对高校双创教育效率进行评估。研究表明:环境变量会对高校双创教育效率值产生影响,导致高校双创教育综合技术效率的平均值由0.839下降到0.821,总体效率较高,纯技术效率均值由0.920上升到0.961,规模效率均值由0.910下降至0.850,各大高校的相关得分也发生了变化。因此得出以下结论:①环境变量会影响双创教育效率;②陕西高校双创教育效率差异较大,规模效率较低是陕西省高校双创教育综合技术效率低下的主要原因。最后将16所样本高校进行分类,并对不同类型的高校分别提出不同的改进方向与优化建议。Innovation and entrepreneurship education(hereinafter referred to as entrepreneurship and innovation education)is the key point for colleges and universities to achieve conformal development and deepen education and teaching reform.Research on the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education can effectively guide the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education.Based on the data of 16 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,this study used three-stage DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities.It was found that the selected environmental variables would have an impact on the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities,resulting in the average comprehensive technical efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities falling from 0.839 to 0.821,the overall efficiency was relatively high,the average pure technical efficiency increased from 0.920 to 0.961,and the average scale efficiency decreased from 0.910 to 0.850.Scores for colleges and universities had also changed.Therefore,this study draws the following conclusions:①Environmental variables will affect the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education;②There is a large difference in the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and low scale efficiency is the main reason for the low comprehensive technical efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.Finally,the 16 sample colleges and universities are classified,and different improvement directions and optimization suggestions are put forward for different types of colleges and universities.
