摘 要:数字经济使得企业经营活动朝着数字产业化和产业数字化方向发展的同时,也带来了高等教育的变革,呈现数字素养、跨界、复合型创新人才等需求趋势。新商科发展顺应数字经济的时代要求,设置新兴学科与专业方向、改革符合时代发展的人才培养体系、融合多方主体参与的管理体制机制等。从学科交叉、培养目标、培养内容、师资队伍、培养模式等多视角提出新商科人才培养策略。the digital economy makes the business activities of enterprises develop towards the direction of digital industrialization and industry digitization,and it also brings about the reform of higher education,furthermore,the demand for talents presents the trend of digital literacy,cross-border talents and compound innovative talents.The development of new business subject conforms to the requirement of digital economy,this paper puts forward some new thoughts on the cultivation of new business talents,such as setting up new disciplines and professional directions,reforming the talent cultivation system in line with the development of the times,and integrating the mechanism of management system with the participation of multiple subjects,and from the cross-discipline,training objectives,training content,teaching staff,training models and other multi-perspective to build a new business talent training strategy.
