摘  要:针对使用CFD仿真方法进行气浮支承静态性能分析效率较低的问题,提出利用等效电路法提升效率。等效电路法将N-S(navier-stokes equations)方程的简化算法与等效电路建模相结合,以辐射状径向均压槽气浮支承作为研究对象,根据计算所得关键点压强建立等效电路模型,通过列写插值函数计算承载力和刚度,并考察均压槽结构参数以及不同供气压强等因素对静态承载性能的影响规律,最终用实验证明该方法可靠性。分析结果表明,相较于CFD仿真方法,使用上述方法进行气浮支承静态性能分析能够大幅提升效率。且通过与实验数据进行对比发现承载力计算误差均在允许范围内,可靠性突出。通过采用等效电路法简化了含均压槽气浮支承的三维流场计算,为等效电路模型在带均压槽气浮支承中的工程运用提供参考。Aiming at the low efficiency of static performance analysis of air float support using CFD simulation method,an equivalent circuit method is proposed to improve efficiency.Equivalent circuit method combines simplified algorithm of N-S(navier-stokes equations)with equivalent circuit modeling,takes radiant radial uniform pressure groove gas float support as research object,builds equivalent circuit model based on the calculated key point pressure,calculates load capacity and stiffness by interpolation function,and studies the influence of structural parameters of uniform pressure groove and different gas supply pressure on static load performance.Finally,the reliability of the method is proved by experiment.The results of the analysis indicate that:Compared with the CFD simulation method,the static performance analysis of air flotation support using the above method can greatly improve the efficiency.Comparing with the experimental data,it is found that the calculation error of bearing capacity is within the permitted range,and the reliability is outstanding.By adopting the method of equivalent circuit the three-dimensional flow field calculation with uniform pressure groove gas flotation support is simplified,which provides reference for the engineering application of equivalent circuit model in uniform pressure groove gas flotation support.
