摘 要:本文介绍了HL-Q3孔的施工情况,重点讨论了施工中遇到的地层漏失、孔壁稳定性差、局部地层硬度差大等问题,详细介绍了所采用的施工工艺、技术措施和经验。该孔根据设计要求,0~1000 m孔段采用全面钻进方法,1000 m以深至终孔孔段采用不提钻取心的施工工艺。同时,结合钾基聚合物泥浆体系护壁及煤气层保护技术,优选钻井设备、机具、钻头等,以确保钻孔按期优质完工。最后,对中深孔施工中采用PQ+5~8 mm口径绳索取心技术在复杂地层条件下的优越性进行了分析讨论,这些经验可为后续类似钻孔施工提供一定的借鉴作用。This article introduces the construction of HL-Q3 hole with focus on discussing the problems encountered during drilling,such as formation leakage,poor stability of the hole wall and large hardness difference in local formations,and the detailed information of construction process,technical measures and experience adopted.According to the design requirements,the 0~1000 m hole section was drilled in full face and the 1000 m to final hole section was drilled without lifting drilling core.At the same time,combining potassium based polymer mud system for wall protection and coalbed methane protection technology,drilling equipment,tools,drill bits,etc.are optimized to ensure high-quality completion of drilling on schedule.Finally,the advantages of PQ+5~8 mm wireline coring technology in medium to deep hole drilling under complex geological conditions were analyzed and discussed,these experiences can provide some reference for similar drilling in future.
