摘  要:为了探究多道激光熔覆搭接率对熔覆层耐腐耐磨性能的影响,采用高功率半导体光纤耦合激光器、以搭接率为变量制备单层多道熔覆涂层,通过分析不同工艺参数熔覆层和基材的硬度曲线、显微组织、极化曲线、摩擦磨损来判断工艺参数与组织和性能之间的关系。结果表明,激光熔覆可以显著提高TC4合金硬度的同时耐磨性能也要优于基材,熔覆层硬度可以达到500 HV左右,相比于基材的硬度提高约25.7%。对激光熔覆TC4合金来说搭接率的变化对内部相的构成无明显的影响,主要由α相和α′相构成,内部可以看到有原始β相晶粒存在,在晶粒内部马氏体组织相互交错呈网篮结构。与基材相比,熔覆层的组织更为细密,具有更好的耐蚀性。In order to explore the effect of multi-channel laser cladding overlap rate on the corrosion and wear resistance of the cladding layer,a high-power semiconductor fiber-coupled laser was used to prepare a single-layer multi-channel cladding coating with an overlap rate as a variable.The hardness curves,microstructure,polarization curves,and friction and wear of the cladding layer with different process parameters were analyzed to obtain the relationship between process parameters,microstructure,and performance.The results show that laser cladding can significantly improve the hardness of TC4 alloy and the wear resistance is also better than that of the substrate.The hardness of the cladding layer can reach about 500 HV,which is about 25.7%higher than that of the substrate.For laser cladding TC4 alloy,the change of overlap rate has no obvious effect on the composition of the internal phase,which is mainly composed ofαphase andα′phase.The originalβphase grains can be seen in the interior,and the martensite structure inside the grains is interlaced with each other to form a basket structure.Compared with the substrate,the microstructure of the cladding layer is finer and shows better corrosion resistance.
