摘　　要：目的:探讨动静脉穿刺套管针与钢针在血液净化中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年11月在我院血液净化科进行血液透析治疗的45例患者,采取自身前后对照研究,每例前24次采用动静脉穿刺套管针设为研究组,后24次采用钢针设为对照组,比较两种穿刺针的临床应用效果。结果:研究组穿刺后舒适度评分及同一血流速下0 h、3 h静脉端压力低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组穿刺后肘部活动度评分及同一血流速下0 h、3 h动脉端压力高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组穿刺相关的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用动静脉穿刺套管针可增加血液透析治疗患者肘部活动度,减少穿刺相关的不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of arteriovenous puncture trocar and steel needle in blood purification.Methods:45 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in the Department of Blood Purification in our hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected for a self-controlled study.The first 24 times of each case treated with arteriovenous puncture trocar needles were taken as the research group,and the last 24 times of each case treated with steel needles were taken as the control group.The clinical application effects were compared between the two types of puncture needles.Results:The comfort score and venous pressure at O hour and 3 hours after puncture in the research group were lower than those in the control group at the same blood flow rate(P<0.05).The elbow mobility score and arterial pressure at 0 hour and 3 hours after puncture in the research group were higher than those in the control group at the same blood flow rate(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events related to puncture in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of arteriovenous puncture trocar can increase elbow mobility and reduce the incidence of puncture-related adverse events in hemodialysis patients.
