摘 要:为减少巷道变形,提高煤炭资源的回收率,城郊煤矿在十四辅助采区轨道巷开展无煤柱沿空掘巷支护技术的研究,采用测力计对锚杆索等支护体进行压力观测发现无煤柱沿空掘巷的支护压力呈现不对称分布。为此设计采用了不对称支护方案。顶板采用锚杆+钢筋网+钢筋梯+锚索梁联合支护,巷道左帮实体煤侧采用锚杆+钢带+钢筋网联合支护,巷道右帮沿空侧采用29U型钢棚柱+钢筋网联合支护。观测表明,最大离层量为61 mm,最大底臌量为120 mm,巷道变形在可控范围内。In order to reduce the deformation of roadway and improve the recovery rate of coal resources,the research on the support technology of gob-side entry driving without coal pillar is carried out in the track roadway of the fourteen auxiliary mining area in Chengjiao Coal Mine.The pressure observation of bolt cable and other supporting bodies by dynamometer shows that the support pressure of gob-side entry driving without coal pillar presents asymmetric distribution.An asymmetric support scheme is adopted for this design.The roof is supported by bolt+steel mesh+steel ladder+anchor beam.The left side of the roadway is supported by bolt+steel belt+steel mesh,and the right side of the roadway is supported by 29 U steel shed column+steel mesh.The observation shows that the maximum separation amount is 61 mm,the maximum floor heave is 120 mm,and the roadway deformation is within the controllable range.
