摘 要:为解决紫晟煤业2-1111巷沿空巷道支护难题,本文对试验巷道的地质概况设立2个围岩结构观测点,并对2个点的顶板岩层结构与点帮煤体结构进行观测。根据围岩结构发育状况、顶板围岩与点帮孔煤体强度测试,确定顶板粉砂岩需锚杆支护强化粉砂岩强度,在巷道顶板浅部形成“锚杆-围岩”联合承载结构;煤柱帮需打设锚索,防止煤柱帮发生较大的变形破坏,依据类似条件巷道(2-1031)支护和变形情况对2-1111巷支护参数进行设计。该技术为2-1111巷道的推进与持续开采提供参考,增加支护强度,减少煤矿井下事故发生。In order to solve the problem of gob-side roadway support in No.2-1111 roadway of Zisheng Coal Industry,two observation points of surrounding rock structure were set up for the geological survey of the test roadway,and the roof rock structure and coal body structure of the two points were observed.According to the development of surrounding rock structure and the strength test of surrounding rock and point hole media,it was determined that the roof siltstone should be bolted to strengthen the strength of siltstone,and a joint load-bearing structure of"bolt-surrounding rock"was formed in the shallow part of roadway roof.Anchor cable should be laid on the coal pillar wall to prevent large deformation and damage of the coal pillar wall.The supporting parameters of No.2-1111 roadway should be pre-designed according to the supporting and deformation conditions of roadway(No.2-1031)under similar conditions.This technology provided a reference for the advancement and continuous mining of No.2-1111 roadway,increased the support strength,and reduced the occurrence of underground accidents in coal mines.
