摘  要:为确保矿井通风机安全牢靠运行,保证矿井安全生产,针对汾西矿业矿井主通风机所处复杂生产环境和条件的限制,无法及时有效采集主要参数的实时运行状态的情况,通过以PLC控制器为硬件核心、以DIP8011系统为软件核心的模块化程序设计,辅助以温度传感器、风压传感器、振动传感器、电信号检测器等装置的硬件检测设计,实现对各指令参数的采集、分析与处理,确保通风机运行状态的持续稳定。实践表明,设计的汾西矿业主通风机在线监测系统可超前预防事故发生,降低设备维护成本费用30%以上,每年降低64.8万元人工成本,应用效果显著。In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the mine ventilator and ensure the safe production of the mine,in view of the limitation of the complex production environment and conditions of the main ventilator in Fenxi Mining Mine,it is impossible to collect the real-time operation state of the main parameters in time and effectively.The modular programming design with PLC controller as the hardware core and DIP8011 system as the software core is used to assist the hardware detection design of temperature sensor,wind pressure sensor,vibration sensor,electrical signal detector and other devices,so as to realize the collection,analysis and processing of each command parameter and ensure the continuous and stable operation state of the ventilator.The practice shows that the designed on-line monitoring system of main ventilator in Fenxi mining industry can prevent accidents in advance,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance by more than 30%,and reduce the labor cost of 648 thousand yuan per year.The application effect is remarkable.
