摘　　要：为了充分发挥商洛市旅游资源和区位优势,助力商洛市康养旅游产业高质量发展。以商洛市康养旅游市场为研究对象,从携程网、新浪博客等国内主流网站抓取相关游记和点评,运用语义网络分析法和数据分析法等大数据技术,充分挖掘网络文本信息,对商洛市康养旅游市场特征、旅游竞争力和客源市场等特征进行定性和定量分析研究,分析商洛市康养旅游市场现状、客源结构和游客消费行为。结果表明,商洛市康养旅游市场核心吸引力为生态资源,但文化康养品牌和效应不明显、游客满意度不高。据此为商洛市康养旅游产业发展提出对策和建议:实现康养产业和旅游产业的深度融合,挖掘人文特色提高康养旅游吸引力,延长游客在商洛旅游时间,提高用户满意度和消费水平。In order to give full play to Shangluo's tourism resources and geographical advantages,promote the high-quality development of Shangluo's health tourism industry,Shangluo's health tourism market was taken as the research object.Relevant travel notes and comments from Ctrip,Sina Blog and other domestic mainstream websites were captured.Big data technology such as semantic network analysis method and data analysis method were used to fully explore the network text information,and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the characteristics of Shangluo's health tourism market,tourism competitiveness and tourist source market.The current situation of Shangluo's health tourism market,such as the structure of tourist market and tourist consumption behavior were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,it is concluded that the core attraction of Shangluo's health tourism market is ecological resources,cultural health brands and effects are not obvious,and tourist satisfaction is not high.Based on the above conclusion,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of Shangluo's health tourism industry:realizing the deep integration of the health and tourism industry,exploring cultural characteristics to enhance the attractiveness of health tourism,extending tourists'travel time in Shangluo city,and improving user satisfaction and consumption level.
