摘 要:本文从河北省安国市白术疫病发生地块的健康白术植株的根际土壤中,分离筛选对白术疫霉Phytophthora sansomeana有拮抗作用的链霉菌菌株,旨在为白术疫霉病害的绿色防控提供有效的生防资源。采用稀释涂布法和平板对峙法,分离、筛选得到3株对白术疫霉拮抗效果较好的链霉菌菌株BZX-23、BZX-31、BZX-104。经16S rDNA序列分析,结合菌落形态特征、生理生化特征,将这3株拮抗链霉菌菌株分别鉴定为加利利链霉菌Streptomyces galilaeus、包比链霉菌S.bobili、苜蓿链霉菌S.alfalfae,其对白术疫霉的抑制作用均在60%以上。To provide effective biological control resources for the green control of P.sansomeana,Streptomyces strains were isolated and screened with antagonistic effects against P.sansomeana from rhizosphere soil of healthy atractylodes plants in the area of P.sansomeana in Anguo of Hebei province.As results,three antagonistic Streptomyces strains(BZX-104,BZX-23 and BZX-31)with good antagonistic effect against P.sansomeana were isolated and screened by dilution coating method and plate confrontation method.After 16S rDNA sequence analysis,combined with colony morphological characteristics,and physiological and biochemical characteristics,the three antagonistic strains were identified as S.alfalfae,S.galilaeus and S.bobili,respectively.Their inhibitory activity against P.sansomeana were more than 60%.
