摘  要:目的:探讨如何利用信息化技术实现基于多种卡介质的门诊、急诊、体检就诊流程再造。方法:分析目前医院门急诊流程存在的问题,基于医院信息系统、门诊医生工作站系统、排队叫号系统、实验室信息系统、影像存储与传输系统等10个系统对患者就诊流程进行再造。结果:实现患者从诊前线上预约,自助机签到,诊室挂号,自助机、手机端缴费,采血、检查登记,检验、心电报告打印全流程再造,满足门诊患者、急诊患者、体检患者持二代身份证或院内电子就诊码等多种就诊介质就诊。结论:基于多卡合一的智慧医院就诊流程再造,提升了患者就医体验,优化了患者就医流程,减少了医院运营成本。Objective To explore how to use information technology to realize the process reengineering of outpatient,emergency,and physical examination process based on multi-card media.Methods The existing problems in the current outpatient and emergency consultations were analyzed,and the patient's consultation process was reformed based on the 10 systems including hospital information system,outpatient doctor workstation system,queuing and calling system,laboratory information system,image archiving and communication system.Results The whole process reengineering was realized from pre-visit online appointment,self-service machine check-in,clinic registration to self-service machine,mobile phone payment,blood collection,examination registration,test,and ECG report printing,which meet the needs of outpatient,emergency patients,and physical examination patients with multiple access media such as second-generation ID cards or hospital electronic QR codes.Conclusion Based on the multi-card integration,the smart hospital's medical service process reengineering can improve patients'experience,simplify medical service procedures and reduce hospital operating costs.
