摘 要:目的:探讨将移动信息技术用于围手术期管理的方法和效果。方法:借助移动信息技术,以平板电脑、智能手机、扫描枪等各类移动终端为载体,并集成电脑端、移动端功能,整合各信息系统资源,构建面向围手术期患者的医疗管理平台。结果:平台的应用,实现了医院不同系统间信息数据的互联共享,集成了手术和麻醉工作的各项数据。手术关键指标记录合格率、日均手术台数以及患者满意度均显著提升。结论:移动信息技术在手术室的应用满足了围手术期管理工作需要,可提升手术室信息化水平和管理水平。Objective To explore the methods and effects of mobile information technology in perioperative management.Methods With the help of mobile information technology,a medical management platform for perioperative patients was constructed with various mobile terminals such as tablets,smart phones and scanning guns were used as carriers and the functions of computer and mobile terminal were integrated to integrate various information system resources.Results After the application of the platform,the interconnection and sharing of information data among different systems of the hospital was achieved,integrating various work data of surgery and anesthesia.The pass rate for recording key surgical indicators,average daily number of intraoperative units and patient satisfaction were significantly improved.Conclusion The application of mobile information technology in the operating room can meet the needs of perioperative management,and improve the level of IT application and management in the operating room.
