摘　　要：本研究基于独立医学实验室医学数据研究模式和大数据生态平台建设经验,从多技术平台来源的数据整合、应用模式多元化及行业监管合规化等方面进行探讨,对真实世界研究中的“源数据-数据库-数据生态”的数据治理体系建设进行总结分析,为进一步构建独立医学实验室生态型数据平台提供参考。Data resources of independent medical laboratories are an integral part of clinical research.How to use independent medical laboratories to integrate medical data with high diagnostic value to assist clinical monitoring and evaluation of the whole life cycle of diseases is attracting more and more attention from academia,industry and regulatory authorities.Based on the medical data research pattern of independent medical laboratories and the experience of building big data ecological platform,this study discussed the data integration of multiple technical platforms,the diversification of application models and industry regulatory compliance,and summarized the analyzed the data governance system construction of“source data-database-data ecology”in real-world research.This study provides a reference for further construction of ecological data platform for independent medical laboratories.
