摘 要:为了保障柴油机的清洁度及设备运行效率和使用寿命,提出了柴油机清洁度检测方法和清洗工艺,解决了柴油机运行管理中存在的问题。深度分析柴油机清洁度影响因素、分类情况以及实际检测内容可知,柴油机清洁度对设备的使用寿命存在较大影响。为确保设备的稳定运行,应合理规划机油系统的清洗流程并分析清洗结果,判断设备的实际状态,从而有效加强故障预防的管理效果。In order to guarantee the cleanliness of diesel engine and the operation efficiency and service life of the equipment,the cleanliness detection method and cleaning process of diesel engine are put forward to solve the problems existing in the operation management of diesel engine.Through in-depth analysis of the factors,classification and actual test content of diesel engine cleanliness,it can be seen that the cleanliness of diesel engine has a great influence on the service life of equipment.In order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment,it is necessary to reasonably plan the cleaning process of the oil system and analyze the cleaning results to judge the actual state of the equipment,so as to effectively strengthen the management effect of fault prevention.
